REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

big6advisors – Refund & Cancellation Policy


Due to the nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable once an engagement is confirmed and payment is received.


Scope of Application

This policy applies to all advisory services provided by big6advisors, whether hourly or project-based.

Exceptions


We only issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Invoice errors caused by our system


Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of the issue by emailing kwam@big6advisors.com
