Big Six Advisors – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all advisory, consulting, and digital services offered by Big Six Advisors, including Capital Advisory, Business Consulting, and AI or software development services.

General Policy

Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable once an engagement is confirmed and work has begun.
Each project is customized, and significant time, planning, and proprietary resources are committed from day one.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Invoice or billing errors caused by Big Six Advisors

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of the issue by emailing kwam@big6advisors.com
Cancellations

Engagements may be canceled before work begins with written notice. Once project work or consultation has started (including initial strategy or diagnostic sessions), no refunds or cancellations will be processed.

Payment Disputes

We encourage open communication before initiating any dispute. If a payment issue arises, please contact us immediately at kwam@big6advisors.com
